Yes, Sunshine Villas started off life as a UK based estate agent for Spanish property in the days of no internet and it was lovely chatting to people over the phone and helping them with their dream purchase. Additionally, due to the strong relationships we built up with our buyers, more and more wanted us to look after their properties while they were not in Spain. That was over 25 years ago and consequently we have grown over the years into a small team of 10, providing many hundreds of buyers assistance in finding homes on the Costa Blanca as well as incorporating a property management department within our office in Spain.
Our office in Javea, covers Javea naturally, but we also cover Denia, Moraira, Benitachell, Jesus Pobre, Pedreguer, Gata de Gorgos, Pego, Oliva, Benissa, Calpe, Altea and inland in the valleys of Jalon and Orba.
Our team is always available to provide our buyers with all the help they need to settle in to their new home.

If you are looking to rent out your property, Sabrina is the person to talk to. Originally from France, she has now settled in the Costa Blanca and heads the rental department in Javea. Whether you have bought a property through us or not, if you wish to hand over the long or short term rental of your property to us, Sabrina can help and advise.

We pride ourselves on our aftersales service and our team is always on hand to give our purchasers as much help as they need to settle into their new home. For peace of mind we also provide a full management service for owners who don’t live in Spain all year round and who need someone to keep an eye on their property. This department is headed by the efficient Esther.
